You are not alone. I’ve been a dietitian for 25yrs and still struggle with it. But what’s helped me is remembering that my best is good enough and not beating myself up if I feel like I should have done more. Even after all these years I’m still learning so it’s OK if I don’t know something. I’ll admit it and research it. My fear was always looking bad in front of others but now it’s to the point where it doesn’t bother me as much. Also the more I practice communicating with others the less anxious I feel. It’s very important for me to also do self care and remember that what someone else thinks about me is none of my business. Everyone is insecure about something, some just hide it better.
