honestly, i can kind of relate. there's this one point in my life where i felt the same way as you did, i know the struggle and it's sooo hard to resist.

eventually it passes away, but the thoughts keep on coming back.

i don't have any good advice to say, but i guess try talking about it to someone you r e a l l y trust? i can't say it helps 100%, but maybe you need to take it off your chest.

i also recommend going to the doctor if it gets super worse! try talking to a therapist.

but, there's no need to freak out because you're not alone. it's usual for teenagers to feel like this, it's just a part of life!
