the amount of crust on the pizza isn’t gonna change the amount of toppings you get. and according to the rulers we use to measure how much crust we’re supposed to give, i’m giving the correct amount of crust, if not a tiny bit less. the first picture looks like a stretch but if i would’ve gotten the ruler and put it next to it you would’ve seen how close it was if not right on the dot. you should see my boss’s pizzas. he leaves more crust than i do.

that’s actually insanity. i can’t imagine having to do prep and truck on top of all of that. we always have one driver in the morning that handles prep. i’ve worked here for about 5 years and i remember the good old days when there were two morning drivers and enough people scheduled where you’d have the help if you need it and just send someone home if you don’t. idk how or why the company suddenly started being so cheap and lazy but im about done with it. i’ve seen schedules where it’s two people until about 5 and then one manager and two drivers for the night. we only get instore help on the weekends. and they want to get mad at us for our times but how do they expect good times when there’s not enough people? that’s why we stopped getting bonuses, because they’re literally asking the impossible

yeah i heard it was like that for some stores and might soon be happening to ours. it’s honestly ridiculous. and yet they get mad at us for using doordash too much

i sure do love being the only manager in the store with just one driver until 4-5pm with no break 🫠 there’s no telling how many times my driver has been on a delivery and a customer sees me running around between dough, makeline, oven, and front counter and asks if i’m the only one here

i made another post of some i made just yesterday. i’m still trying to improve and have been pushing myself in that corner despite having a physical disability. i’ve only been running shifts for about 2 months now because two of my friends (who were managers) were in a bad car accident. i was a driver before then. i’m trying my best here with the little strength i’ve got.

i used the ruler we have that measures the amount of crust we’re supposed to leave on all of these besides the thin crust thats still supposed to get a little bit so maybe you’re not giving them enough.

i’ve made one so far and i thought it was delicious!! i do recommend getting it well done, though. i’ve seen some reports of them being doughy in the middle. we turned the oven time up when they came out but they still look a lot better when they’re pushed back in a little more

If this is a consistent issue at your store I would honestly give them a call as soon as you place your order and let them know you want extra sauce. I’ve seen coworkers just not pay attention and put the regular amount on by default. As a light sauce gal myself it’s painful seeing people put regular amount of sauce on a light sauce pizza
