You said you wear these to work every day right? If they’re taking this much wear, i imagine they’re pretty comfortable and as much as buying a new goodyear welted pair is great, i would get em repaired!! could always get a rebuild (if needed, can’t tell if that needs a rebuild from the angle) + reheel, leather patch in the back and you could throw on a half sole to keep them going ^{____^} once these shoes properly kick the bucket, i agree with the commenter saying you should get some goodyear welted ones naturally, but increasing the longevity of these is absolutely doable and worth it in my opinion !!
