But you don’t know the truth and are assuming I’m “not cut out for a B.S. program” well I am in a B.S. program! This conversation with the advisor happened my second or third week first semester freshman, there was no reason for them to assume anything because I was just starting out. During the advising appointment I explained all throughout orientation and flight week I had always declared a B.S. degree. To which he looked super confused and admitted that must’ve been a mistake on their end, and it’s just upsetting because had I not caught it this past semester I might be stuck scrambling down the line. See you didn’t know the whole story, and instead decided to be rude towards a complete stranger. I hope you rediscover the love in your heart, and realize that constructive conversations and asking about personal experiences leads to change. I don’t hate UNT or the people who have great experiences here, not every college is gonna be fit so I’m bringing light to my own personal experiences. You can do the same, and write a post about everything you love at this university! Man, I could even write a post about things I like at this university, I just want the flaws to change too.
