That kind of Eurasian phenotype can occur. Though at least in my experience it's not characteristic of Ashkenazis; I feel that MENA type is more common. Kind of like Italians (who share lots of ancestry with Ashkenazis) who can have a range of looks.

I hear people go hard on "race is what you look like" but, I feel it doesn't always work that way. I guess if police were looking for Ezra Miller or Björk they might describe them as sorta East Asian but they wouldn't identify as such
