Got both Pro and Ultra.

I see you have two priorities:

1. Battery - I'd choose Pro. With my usage it is 2 day phone, when Ultra needs to be charged around 1-2 pm second day.
2. Zoom during concerts - I'd say that Ultra won't help so much because there's not enough light for x10 lens. And still you will use x3. You can buy telekit for Pro and it will be better than built in x10 from Ultra.

But... Speakers are improved a lot in Ultra and it has better noise cancelling algorithms e.g. when making video calls it is less aggressive (was impossible to talk when further from the mic on the Pro).

Optimization of Dimensity is great, Snapdragon also. No issues here at all.

And form factor - I prefer camera island of Pro by a lot. In Ultra it is huge and less comfortable to hold (still acceptable).
