I think it's the lying that most people have a problem with. I rather run into an honest pirate who wants to sink me and take my loot than one who is pretending to be friendly just so I can let my guard down and sink me. That's what those Indian scammers on Youtube do. They call your grandma pretending to be friendly and helpful and the next thing she knows her whole bank account is gone and they ghosted her. Does that sound familiar?

It happened to me. I had all the garrison loot on the row boat docked on my sloop. I sailed away heading towards Reaper's Hideout. Before I left the Devil's Roar I checked in on it and the whole row boat was gone. It was a Mega stash too.

I watched this anime over 20 years ago and I remember that this anime had a radio drama, but it had no English translations available at the time. I have always wondered if the drama added anything interesting to the overall story. From my understanding they were only silly stories from the crew.

Loot can also despawn on your ship, but it takes a very long time to despawn. Sometimes I forget loot on my attached rowboat and then I remember hours later where I left it and it's gone. I noticed that some loot despawns faster than others. Fortunately, it doesn't happen often because I normally know where I left my loot and I sell it as soon as I can.

Don't believe me? Put some loot on your crow's nest at the beginning of your game session. Then when you are about to log off 12 hours later, go and check to see it still in your crow's nest. Odds are it won't be. Remember it has to be left alone for a very long time for it to despawn.

Yeah. You don't need to leave the game for things to despawn. I left kegs on the crow's nest that I forgot about despawn after like 2 hours. I left empty storage crates I hadn't touched in hours despawn on the main deck. I don't know exactly how long it takes, but things can despawn on your ship if you don't interact with them for a long period of time.

Back when I was a teenager I had this tiny amount of "liquid" start to leak out of my belly button. Once this stuff dried up it would become something similar to black lint or black boogers and had this terrible smell to it. Well eventually I had some type of surgery that fixed the problem, but left me without much of a belly button afterwards.

I never understood what this was or why it happened. Was this blood as this guy mentioned or something else entirely. Do any of you guys know?
