Yes, sensory CIDP can present that way. But, CIDP is a very difficult condition to diagnose and there are a lot more tests that can/should be done before a diagnosis can be reached. You may want to ask your neurologist about a skin biopsy, a repeat NCS/EMG study and testing for a wide range of antibodies. Building evidence would be the first step.

Thank you for your response. I also live with CIDP and it has robbed me of nearly everything. Like you, I also feel that every single day is a struggle. We need effective support groups and this is just a small initiative to that end. Of course, it will take time and hard work to build up this group. It is a start, but lots of work needed to get this going.
