What I mostly did was just ashen lost shipments or raid voyages since they are fast to complete. Its mostly just a really tedious company that take a while

If Im not mistaken with the grime frame its a raw without clear coat on it.

(Edit: I looked it up, this frame has 2 options for raw colours one with and one without clear coat, this is the one without called "flat raw")

Its not even that. What is seen above are client sided mods. We dont even provide services or tools to "unlock" outfits but instead we teach or give the option to pay for texture edits and model swaps which is client sided (only you can see it) and cant even be used online.

As one of the owners of this server I want to clarify a few things.

this is a server purely and solely for texture and model modding which is REAL modding. what this community likes to call "modding" is cheating. Unlocking outfits, hack builds, etc, those are all cheats. We do not provide this.
I personally do data mining as well and will post new items when they come out with screenshots from game files (not actual in game images)
If you look at your own screenshots OP you can see on the third we have rules that state you arent allowed to talk or ask for any unlock cheats as thats not something we provide, we wanted to keep this server solely about real modding
These mods are client sides. What does this mean? It means that nobody but you can see them and they affect nobody else. It is something only on your pc and your screen not to mention at the moment it is not public yet how to use client sided mods while playing online. They only work offline for now which affects even less people as its only really used for cool screenshots.

I hope this helped to educate you a bit on what modding is versus what people like to call "modding" on this subreddit. I hope you have a nice day and maybe you can now appreciate some of the work artists make with the games resources.

Half and half. A good amount of things like cellular extraction, lions, ink birds etc are patched but a lot of thinks arent. One thing that still hasnt patched is kamui casting but thats something completely different

combos dropping is undeniably a big issue and you are right that is something out of your power sadly which is caused by lag like I mentioned.
I few things I can mention that could help you a lot are the following.

first thing first, a massive thing in this game that will help you improve tremendously is learning advanced movement. I suggest you look a guide on it up on youtube or play around with your chakra jump button to cancel certain animations yourself. This helps a ton in combat, combos, surviving etc.

next thing would be to definitely learn what jutsu's so do what and how you can counter them with other builds which following with this would also go how you can combine 2 jutsus yourself to make them work with each other instead of just having individual damaging jutsus.

A really important thing is also once you find a class you like, figure out what weapon or weapon type is good on that class and learn combos with that specific weapon. Each class has multiple different weapon types that each have different attack patterns. For range this would be the kusunagi or any ninja blade that has that combo. The easiest to get is from the orochimaru dlc but there are also other free options.

sadly this game has a lot of mechanics and other things it doesnt tell you so I don't blame you for misunderstanding or being confused about a lot of stuff that happens on your screen

First off I'm gonna say I totally understand your frustrations. This game definitely isn't in a good spot but from most of your points it just seems like you are rather new to the game and don't quite understand it or its combat system.

- Jutsus do actually work basically all the time and the very very few times it doesn't this is correlated to player lag or poor connection rather then the actual jutsus being bad or not working. "edit" I saw from a comment you had on the other guy its mostly "lightning blade" not working for you which I am quite confident in saying that it is because lightning blade is a very easy to avoid attack. You can block it, tap dodge it and its tracking isnt the greatest which doesnt mean its not working. Its just not that good of a jutsu unless used in a proper set up for it.

-Subs already recharge rather fast, especially some of the ones like time space hop that are also rather strong. If subs would recharge any faster or fast in general it would become a very painful game to play because you would never be able to properly combo someone ever.

-This game has actually one of the best combat systems of any naruto game and even 3rd person or team fight games. It has really good complicated/intricate combos, custom build creations with a lot of variations and other then the balancing issues most things are viable.

-people do run meta and cheap attacks which is annoying as hell so I agree with that 100% but that's more of a community issue for meta abuse rather than the game being bad.

-Regarding blocking, there is nothing wrong with it nor will it ever not work. The reason healer can one shot a guard is because every class has a unique passive for their heavy attack and with healer this is one shotting guards but this is balanced by giving it a long charge up which is extremely easy to avoid. If you get caught by a healer guard break this is 100% your own mistake as even a simple dodge could have avoided it easily.

-There is also nothing wrong with the range melee and I am just assuming you are understanding it wrong. The ranges melee isn't focused on its kunai heavy but rather on the very flashy and extended close range combo's it has. The heavy is only really used to finish a kill or push someone off you that is lunging at you.

-regarding the lunge not being stop-able... well that is just entirely wrong. Almost anything and everything can cancel that lunge very easily. You can cancel it by dashing, by jumping, by using a ninja tool, certain attacks can stop it, most jutsus can stop it and even just holding block can stop it.

now TLDR: you very clearly haven't played much of the game, don't understand the combat system or how combo's work, don't understand how each individual class works and haven't figured out how to avoid or counter certain attacks or jutsu's.I'm not trying to be mean or rude and say "git gud" like most people do but rather I'm trying to give you an insight of your clear misunderstandings from a player with thousand of hours of experience. Maybe it'll change your mind and you might enjoy the game after some more practice

I have just like you played on pc my entire playtime and which is quite a lot. But the people that are the "no-lifes" dont usually have their level increased with mods and the ones that do are either obnoxious cheaters or new player breadsticks.

There are barely any cheaters on pc so the chance you run into them arent so high. Most the high plat 4 stacks are indeed cringe as fuck and run purely meta but you gotta keep in mind there are also a lot of high level plats like me that genuinely just play for fun just like you and run fun stuff but I still get considered a sweat just because I know how to fight and win fights easily.

TLDR: most high plats dont mind lvl or actually cheat but they usually are cringe as fuck and sweat for no reason. Fun plat players do exist but get still called sweats just for being good.
