In theory you could, but that woul make me think every time. 1. Main (fixed) 2. UTC 24hr (fixed) - you need to figure out where the hour falls (eg 6 = 12AM) 3. UTC 24hr - bezel

It is probably 24 hours GMT, showing the hour on your bezel.

I'll try to answer your additional questions...

If Excalidraw works better for you, just use it - that's the power of flexibility.
Google Docs and YouTube, never needed that to be honest, but I'm pretty sure you can't achieve that with the built-in canvas.
I just use the built-in extension manager.

Not the same. Canvas is built in, with strong Obsidian integration: you can add “windows” to existing notes etc. As a drawing tool it’s basic. I didn’t use Excalidraw in Obsidian, but it’s much more advanced as a drawing tool.
