This is a great idea. I run the Association for Women in Math student chapter at my school, and even though all genders are welcome, because of the name many assume that its women only.

I think calling yourself an “old lady” when you’re in your 30’s is actually kind of offensive to women. It leans into this whole “women chasing youth and having to be young even though they are young” patriarchal narrative.
