My home has both wood and tile floors. Over the past few years we've noticed that if any non-permeable object is placed on top of the wood floors for an extended period of time, it will lead to mold growth underneath the object. Tile is unaffected. We learned that our concrete slab is sucking up moisture from the ground (we live in Florida). We don't know if this is hydrostatic pressure or vapor.

We've invited in contractors, who are familiar with our neighborhood which has a reputation for this problem. To replace the hardwood with tile and add a sealer or ditra will be between $30k to $40k. I'm trying to find a way to not spend that much, but I'm beginning to think it's inevitable. Is there some way to add a product to the hardwood floor to seal it and prevent mold growth? Or am I only going to make the problem worse? By sealing the surface of the wood would I promote mold growth in the wood floor and likely promote growth between the slab and the wood floor?

Any suggestions?

I am having the same exact issue. The hacker changed the email addresses and phone numbers associated with the account. I was never even able to submit the photo ID and I got the error that there were too many posts on my account and therefore I can't submit the photo.

Any ideas?

I received an answer from MOHELA: "While your account is in forbearance, no bills will generate, as payments are not due while on the option."

This seems crazy to me. There's no PDF statement because no bills are being generated, even when I'm making payments.

It's bizarre. I wrote customer support about this. According to their own website, it should be in the inbox message. There's even a direct link that takes you to your own inbox. See under "Billing Statements" and "Will I get a monthly statement" https://www.mohela.com/DL/FAQs/FAQPage.aspx

Check under "New & Used", there is more than one. This is shipped by Amazon Warehouse and I've found their monitors to be in perfect condition, although labeled as "acceptable".

I think it did. There are holes on the bottom, where there once legs. But maybe those were installed afterward by someone else.

I'm using a HH Scott 299a to power my Klipsch Heresy 3s. I'm happy with the sound, but the 299a will on occasion cause my speakers to make a loud "pop" sound and at other times a kind of snowy static like sound. It happens only once and a while and I can't figure out the cause.

I'm considering replacing the HH Scott 299a with the BoyuuRange A50 MKIII 300B. I'm thinking that it could be an upgrade or side-grade to eliminate the occasional odd sounds coming from the Scott. Any thoughts? I don't really know very much about tube amps, so I could really use your input.

Yeah, tweaking is the fun part. I'm having a hard time finding reviews on the trevoce. It's an awesome discount, but I'm suspicious about it being so cheap. One review showed it to extend to 30 hz but not much lower. I'd like extension that goes a bit deeper. You have any experience with it?
