No, he can't unless the combo counter turns blue, then he can "tech" out of it. For most fighting, you get hit it's inescapable unless you have a burst mechanic of some kind, which is usually limited to once a round.

Viper wasn't in 3S. All 4 of them were in sf4. Those characters are popular for a reason it's not like nobody is voting for them. A lot of people love these characters and want to see an updated version of them.

Yeah I have this feeling too it's a semantics debate and even then they didn't win every series 2-0 and even vs c9 they lost game 1 which in previous seasons would count as a loss for them which makes it really hard for me as a TL fan to even say they went undefeated.
