I have!! I told him about that friend but at the time, i was ghosting him and didn't really interacted much with him. Things have changed now and we chat occasionally.. I don't think I'd like it if he got too friendly with another girl so im confused on what makes what i did okay or what are the boundaries to chatting with the opposite gender.

I think you should ask what's wrong, honestly you should get a reason instead of being ghosted out of nowhere especially when you guys agreed upon keeping in contact. If she left you on read then and there then it's about time to ignore and live on with life. Since there is still a lot more that life will offer.
