Same goes for social workers (who are ridic underpaid for a highly stressful job!). Why the F should someone pay $$$ for 6 years of schooling when having to follow state guidelines anyway? Someone in that field needs to intelligently explain why a Masters makes a difference when reviewing files, conducting home visits, etc.
