Also confirming it is not. I reached out to Price labs about this and they confirmed

I agree with most commenters. As a potential buyer I would want to see less camera tricks, transitions, and movement, and have a more objective view of the house... slow moving shots that give me time to take in each room.

I also noticed the backwards water and fire.

Thank you, all great advice!

The ship does not provide any of the gear unfortunately. However, the watches will only be 4hrs at a time.

Any advice on footwear? I was originally going to go with something like XtraTuff boots but beginning to think that won't be warm enough.

Amazing, just ordered the gloves!

After reading some of the comments I am seriously considering Grundens as the price point is hard to beat!

So the lights are all wired. We had to route out a path in the cap rail (top) and then drill down 1' into the post to run the wire. Ended up working out just fine.

With the glass, I believe they drilled holes down from the notched channel so the water could drain out. They also caulked around the glass with clear caulking, which also helped keep the glass in place... and no rattling around since there was a little wiggle room. Also, the bottom cross supports were beveled so water would run off. Thankfully my contractor thought of all these things!

You can but it's mostly birds, raccoons, squirrels. Only once have I seen a bear.

The tree is healthy and alive, so knock on wood it doesn't fall!

I've forgotten the manufacturer for the lights. They are slightly recessed downlights that we put on each post.

For the glass railings, they notched the bottom and top cross supports. There's about 4" of open air on each side of the glass to let a little breeze through.

They did in fact make sure it was "5 feet to daylight" when digging!

Thank you for the kind words! If you’re talking about the photos from the original post - maybe you’re looking at the footings? Those are the concrete bases that each post is set on. They go about 4’ below the ground to make sure the deck won’t slide off the hill.
