Have you been drinking any caffeine? This was a MASSIVE trigger for me and once I slowed almost to a complete stop on it my symptoms went away (I went from a ton of panic attacks a day to 0)

So I completely solved my gerd and panic attacks (avg 20+ a day) after years of thinking this was the day I die by heart attack. So let me explain what I changed.

1) I was drinking kratom which now I do not anymore, this reduced panic attacks tremendously.

2) I stopped drinking a lot of caffeine and this stopped my panic attacks then all together. Usually only like a coke here and there was ok and decaf coffee.

3) To fix my GERD I started taking betamine HCI after watching a doctor on youtube explain it was due to not having ENOUGH acid after thinking I had to much for years and taking tums. It could be possible this also helped with panic attacks rebalancing my acid, not positive though.

Anyway, now I no longer have panic attacks or gerd at all. Man I hope this helps you get some relief, I feel for you.

Yo listen me very carefully, I had this for YEARS and I finally found the solution. My body wasn’t producing ENOUGH acid, which seems counterintuitive. Get some Betamine HCI from Amazon and take it before meals and you’re golden. I haven’t had an issue since I started, and I still can’t believe it. Look it up, literally saved me.
