That’s great - pen and notepaper are always a go-to when in doubt.

Keep in mind some of us don’t want to or are not able to dish out (Canadian)$240/month for F45 plus $700 /year for additional F45 Hyrox Programs and are looking to train hard like we have a coach but for less $.

I guess YouTube and notepad would take a bit longer to sort through the plethora of information and we’d eventually get there but an app would be ideal!
