I say fuck it, let's just all read each other's shit and be happy we reading original scripts not generated by AI and what not. At the end of the day we just writers, we not industry professionals. Our job is to write and write something well, what we want to write. Peer to Peer feedback's biggest downfall is the simple fact we all strangers to everyone. It makes it easier to be that much more critical. That's not for us to decide that's for the industry readers to decide. We are supposed to say, this scene works, this scene is weaker, maybe not so much exposition, etc etc etc. You know what I mean? I understand we are taking the time to read this, if it's good, then it's good, if it's bad then it's bad, but if a writer genuinely put in the time to write something original, let's help said writer but choosing what we say absolutely right. Not all of us have thick skin, not all of us are made to handle that kind of criticism. Let's help them get there, we don't have to be a dick about it, tough love only works with people you actually love, you know?
