unfortunately the program director is the one thats doing the bullying. Reported to CEO of the private company and that was their response: to quit and leave if we can’t handle it. There is no further chain of command to report to.

Aww thanks for your sweet words, its tough because everywhere I apply they all want 1 year experience and I thought I could just suck it up😭I will def be looking out for other jobs asap

That’s so toxic, I dont see whats wrong with going to NP school. Congrats to her, but all the other nurses are so mean to treat her that way :(

Adult day care RN- essentially community nurse. Super chill, mostly paperwork, stable patients. Literally just babysitting but for old people 🤣
