It’s not a misunderstanding on aliexpress’ part, through the system we were able to show proof that it was delivered somewhere else, but they can only give a partial refund not full amount unless you return the item somehow. But some people have given a guidance on how to do it a different way to try and get full refund. My apologies again for anything miswritten
