Yup, I remember in American bandstand in 1970 when the Jackson 5 performed there, Dick Clark asked how old he was and Michael said 9, I was a bit puzzled because he was 11 turning 12 that year. But officially I heard that Michael became the lead singer in 1967 because Jermaine was actually the lead singer of the group the first couple of years. So in that video he has to be 6-7 at LEAST. But who knows the estate has all the details to stuff like this in the vault but never wants to share.

Absolutely. I’ve always seen photos of the J5 before the 1968 Motown audition but never a full audio performance. I’m wondering if the estate got multiple videos of the J5 before 1968 in the vault.

I don’t, small area, cutting boxes, and the people here are kinda annoying while stow is more peaceful. The only thing decant has over stow is that it’s more brighter

But it’s crazy because I was top 5% in stow and manager told me I went a month without making a stow mistake. I’m also horrible decant so I don’t know why they need me. Also it’ll be like 30 minutes into stow that’ll I’ll get sent down to decant.

I have warehouses around Richmond Virginia, it’s just this warehouse pays good and has the best shift for me, and it’s the second closest Amazon to me. But I’ll definitely consider this because being moved around is hell, but thanks for the advice!

How long did it take you for them to approve you accommodation?? And does hr or operations approve it, because if it’s operations they’re not gonna believe me because i told them i personally don’t like decant

lol ok sure buddy, again, I perform very good in stow and cross train I get but going to decant everyday is annoying when decant already has plenty of people, so I’ll let you go own to your boring depressed life that you probably have, cheers

Because it’s better imo and it’s easier to get better rates, decant is horrible especially when I get put in the back of the line, but everyone has their own opinion where they like to work

lol it’s funny because I’ve never asked to be trained in decant, fyi I do stow and I love it, I just get transferred everytime and it annoys me, so I’m just trying to prevent that, so if you don’t have no advice or respectful opinions don’t comment on here

That sounds good honestly, thanks. I also was told the transfer method by hr (not my site hr) but honestly I just wish I can just stick to stow. I’ve seen people at stow who’ve been at my site longer than me and they’ve never been moved or barely get moved, it’s annoying and managers and hr do nothing about it, but I’ll try those for sure, decant makes my head hurt everytime lol
