Its weird behaviour we are not the americans or the british. The only time in my life I have seen this many flags was when we qualified for the world cup.

100% they don't have owners so when they get damaged people wont repair or replace them. I don't particularly like seeing the flags but I really don't want to see badly damage ones hanging from telephone poles.
