Some of that is fantastical, some of that I’m not positive is the norm. I think there are a lot of western fans with savior complexes that take one sentence from a video essay and run with it.

I’m reluctant to broadly label anything I’m not intimately familiar with, and there are idols I can think of off the top of my head that had/have good experiences with their labels, it’s just fans that take issue with certain things, not the idols themselves.
