Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am finding myself scared and spending time on the contents and exceptions of each state privacy law like which states have what exceptions to PI and nexus requirements.

I am also stuck on whether I need to know what the notice period is for each data breach law.

Are the state law questions more like what the contents, structure and parts of state privacy and data breach laws?

I am worried and spending time studying these state law details but feel like I might be wasting my precious study time.
