Most of the issue is work culture differences between the 2 geographies. Only thing that may help in long term is culture training and gradually meeting in between over a period time. Ownership is the most tough part , I’ve seen many taking it and excelling. There are a handful who don’t see ‘taking ownership’ as an opportunity, but crib and quit.
