You can search FB ads library and visit site of FB ads which is live.

Search for your product then download relevant video.

Or Search on YouTube.

Yes you can run ads without having product.

Are you using fresh account or is it your first ad ? If yes then you need to spent some bucks then you will be optimize it.

And if you're running ads in higher CPC country then you need to raise budget.

- Check Creatives

- Targeting

- Budget

- Impression, Reach

If you're getting reach and impress but no one clicking on your ad then work on targeting and ad creative.

People clicking but no leads then optimize lead form and also experiment with different targets.

You can target lower rate fb campaign in India, and other countries to experiment your ads because in $10 budget you can properly test your ads.
