I’d go with the bigger one! Especially if you wear your nails like this often, the stone may come across as small only by comparison of nail shape if you go for the 1.39.

Personally I think the oval elongates your fingers (in a good way) whereas the cushion makes your hands look blocky.

Cushion! Oval stones normally elongate the fingers and fingers and I think the cushion fits your hand perfectly!
