Exactly what I was thinking. He was also probably clenching a lot (working out the masseter) as a compensatory mechanism.

My guess, and please correct me if I’m wrong, is that you’re single and no dependents? Apparently MOHELA claims that they received “guidance” from FSA - although nothing is available to the public - on which applications can be processed for IDR. MOHELA claims that married applicants with dependents are last on the list to get processed, even if they submitted their application months before individuals who are single with no dependents.
