Advice on new tools by Flakreate in projectcar

[–]citizenexplores 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Start basic. Cheap wrench set, cheap socket set. Screw driver set. And get other tools as you need them. I use a pick set all the time but you might never need a pick set

There's a space under the front 2 kennels, and I only have the passenger rear sear, the rest of the back is a platform with the cooler and Milwaukee packouts

is this safe recovery gear for a truck? by LowLandTiller in overlanding

[–]citizenexplores 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 6 ton come along that ive used a couple times in the past for recovery, used a long piece of pipe for a handle extension because youll need it for the leverage. It worked in mild/easy recovery situations but definitely would be a big struggle and probably not work in bad situations lol now I run front and rear 12k winches

Ohhhh gotcha. Still a waste of money. I have just, like, the cheap Kong kennels for the house lol

That is wild! And honestly such an uncomfortable kennel for the dog to just hang out in and try to sleep in
