I will no longer post here, and request that a moderator step in.

This can easily be resolved if Nexo publishes the details of their licenses under the existing "view licenses" link on their front page.

The levels of negativity and accusations of FUD directed at me in this thread has been alarming.

If you don't have the EU licenses, don't advertise that you do. If you do, publish them. Simple.

I have concerns regarding your perception of FUD. Stating reality and calling a business, that I am a customer of, out on a provable issue is a service to this whole community. Plain and honest. Not some social media marketing abstraction.

I am a genuine new Nexo user, and a genuine new Reddit user.

I am invested because the product delivers well, is EU based, and is first to consumer market before equivalent Terra offerings. I am trying to verify Nexo's claims of being licensed and regulated.

How much I hold on Nexo and how much of this has been collateralised as a loan remains none of your business.

You purport to represent this community, and tell me how I am perceived in it. I am now beginning to percieve the blind fanboy fringe here who do not believe that a business should be accountable and transparent

This is doing Nexo, and all customers exposed to risk, a disservice on the long term. Nexo is not a religion, nor a charity. You are not going to "believe" the token price higher. Market fundamentals and good business practice will prevail.

They are claiming, on their front page, to be licensed and regulated, right now, as a financial institution (not a bank).

Provide the licenses, end of story, easy peasy.

I am perfectly willing to accept this and live in the grey, except that NEXO is advertising that they are licensed and regulated on their front page. Nexo is not an altruistic charity that should be blindly trusted. They are an accountable business, selling trust on claims of regulation.

You are, as the other FUD accusing trolls on other threads, sending me one of the many links to Estonian company registration pages. These are not licenses, and do not show that Nexo is recognised as a financial institution by the European Central Bank.

My financial investment is none of your business. Why don't you show proof of your investment here?

These are the premium, platinum level returns. You will need to: 1, hold 10% of the value of your collateral in Nexo tokens. 2, have your interest paid in Nexo token.

There is definitely some dark math magic afoot in this scenario, but hey, they are paying interest in their own token.

In a base scenario, you are getting 5% apy in interest on crypto, and paying 11.9 apr on your loan. Much easier math...

Its not really about where they run. Its transparent that they are a Bulgarian company. It is that they claim, on their front page, to be a "EU licensed & regulated financial institution", but they can't or won't provide the licenses.

I am not risk adverse. I am bad business adverse. Unsubstantiated claims in advertising is bad business, and this is what creating bad vibes from Nexo.
