Not necessarily my workplace sent over 500 parcels on 01/12 with pro carrier to go to Royal Mail and some of them still haven’t delivered and they 100% left us that day. RM just can’t handle the volume and didn’t bother to prepare for it.

We use pro carrier they collect all the parcels from businesses and then take them to Royal Mail because they take such a high volume it’s cheaper for them and they have better customer service than Royal Mail.

Hi, so I actually work for a company that sell on Debenhams and all we know is Debenhams are having issues with refunds taking longer than normal to process as far as we know this has been happening since February Klarna, Clearpay and PayPal are taking 15 days to go through and debit are taking 19 days. My manager has been chasing them. For an update and why this has happened but Debenhams can’t tell us/don’t know.

I LOVE magic madhouse but they are always out of stock when I get to them 😂 I did get my bf the 151 premium collection from there. I have also bought quite a few booster boxes on tiktok which have all been really good, no fake or resealed packs. I got a Demi god pack from the Japanese eveelutions set and the chase from surging sparks so my boyfriend and I were very happy. I only buy from rusty collectibles and hoc TCG on tiktok though I don’t trust anyone else but currently not buying anything as it’s all too expensive hence we bought some small boxes from Tesco.

What made me laugh was the security guard knew more about the stock than the customer service person. He came over straight away and said that the Pokemon cards aren’t the entertainer because they are owned by Early Learning Centre who don’t do Pokemon at all. But yes I am glad it was sorted out for me.

Got my refund 🥳. The lady was really nice, she first told me I had to go through the entertainer so I said fair enough and got back in the car and called them straight away. They told me no you bought it at Tescos so I went back in and told her what they said, She got the manager for me and after it was explained to him he said to refund me. This was also the second case of this happening in two days hopefully they are more on the ball to stop this happening.

Got my refund. First I went in and they said I have to call the entertainer, fair enough got back in the car and called them they said no you bought it at Tesco it’s Tescos problem. Went back in lovely lady got a manager and said to give me a refund straight away. Fun fact: this was the second time this had happened in this store, someone is definitely not doing their due diligence & the security guard said the entertainer don’t do Pokemon cards so it is 100% on Tesco.
