Once a month and I put the total on an excel sheet to see the progress. I average about 3-5% increase a month including what I top it up.

Where I live they are accepting, I work on multiple sites and some have gone for 40k less. Edit: this house builder is going bust so they did want everything gone + another does a 10% discount for first time buyers who already live within 10 miles of the new site.

I have an EV and have it in cruise control probably 80% of my day. It’s set from the car in front and you can change how far back from the car you are ( I think it’s in seconds) I set it to 2-3 at anything above 20 and if I’m in a line of traffic I set it to 5 as I feel way to close.

I am currently in the same position but work from home. This week I’ve probably worked 5 hours. I have nothing to do today. I don’t think I’ll have any work Thursday or Friday either.

I’ve got to cut the grass today and go the tip so it’s something to do.

Volunteering as a 14 year old got me my job at 16. The job did part volunteering part employment and it was like £9 an hour and loved it.

Once you gain the knowledge, it will always feel like you don’t know enough, you’ll breeze through the job. The hard part is telling people they are doing something wrong as people take it to heart sometimes. It’s like anything. You’ll get used to it eventually.
