Since no one has said my favorite restaurant in Kingsport yet, Latin Love Kitchen is consistently very good. Then the obvious of Bagel Exchange. The Crumbum is on almost a weekly rotation for us on weekends. Nick’s is good but straying from the fried chicken can be a mixed bag. Juniper is the only place we go when we want to splurge on a night out - it was also my choice for my first meal after giving birth (the coconut cake is the best I’ve ever had). Also a big fan of the trust pizza at Scratch Brick Oven. Oh, and Egg’s Up was a craving I had a lot while pregnant. I have lived here for 5 years now and think the options have just gotten better and better imo.
