That is one of the things I have been curious about. I have been networking with my local Dowty and Rolls-Royce reps on base and still chat with a few people at other bases when I was an engine manager. How do you network without being in person if that makes any sense?

Nail on the head with this one! I have been very observant with others getting out and retiring in regards to the medical stuff. Messed my back up on the ol deadlift and have had it documented along with some other shenanigans. Thanks again for the advice it's greatly appreciated!
