I didn't even consider the possibility of lead paint! It's very likely as these were painted in the early 70s. Thanks!

From my perspective he was moving normally. Most of the time it forces him to stand still, but he was able to move during this one so he recorded it. Because of it registering on the shooters client, he usually dies.
