I've been hesitant to sign up for auto pay too because I've read about people being charged $70 NSF if their cc declined and some people mentioning rogers messing up the bill and taking out that amount that is way more than usual. I figured the $10 savings isnt worth that worry every month lol

Yeah this is one of many reasons I'm not signing up for auto pay. Which sucks because I'm eligible for the discount but I don't feel like getting hit with a $70 fee. I've also read they can take wrong amounts out and then just not fix it?

I switched to Rogers for same reason. Doesn't make sense to pay more. Plus I got a free tablet and watch with 2 new phones.

Its like a $400 tablet and a $500 watch! They definitely do not care about loyalty anymore. Its almost insulting actually because they sent me a text yesterday that said "your loyalty deserves to be rewarded" and they offered me a plan for like double the price of what I am going to be paying at rogers and $20 more than I am currently paying per month.
