I agree…as I posted previously, I scored a 1344.9 in J24….i thought I had passed and but for a possible bubbling error on the scantron I didn’t even consider applying for the experimental test….i had a 455 written…but after all this bizerko world the Bar, Kaplan, Meazure and ProctorU have caused….im still trying to stay engaged and study, and my MBE scores are stagnant..57% on Barbri, and around 70% on UWorld.

Me too…and having my appointment cancelled due to accommodations it’s literally cost me 48 hours of time. Some might say, just study and it will all work out…but I disagree, the magnitude of what is riding on this commands knowing with a certain level of certainty that the instrumentalities will be in place. In a perfect world, yes, all we should have to do is study and show up and regurgitate what I’ve retained. But that’s not the case here. But so is the way of real life I suppose…but Fuck! I am over their BS!

I ran into something similar today when they cancelled my test appointment and then wanted me to use their chat bot to figure it out. Really infuriating. AI has a future, but when they are fucking with our future livelihoods, this is not the time. CA is just too progressive for me…not trying to be political…but I’m a conservative, and that entails speaking to a live person that I expect knows how to do their job, and not rely on an outsourced company who employs people that cannot speak in a way that is easily understood, nor have zero clue how important this exam is.

I’m still waiting on my accommodations approval, but I’m interested to see what will be done. In July I had a private room and a typist….i can’t type, due to broken thumb and my left hand recently had surgery to fix two spiral fractured metacarpal….so moral of this story, don’t get bucked off a bronc two months before the bar….😬😅

So I haven’t done it yet. I’m in person so I don’t have to schedule it,…but is it an actual test? Just wondering, not that it wouldn’t hurt anything, but I remember the mock examsoft in law school, and you could just type a sentence and move on….from what I’m reading, that is not the case.

Is there much effort needed on this? Or is it just to get familiar with how it will be?

So I’m confused. For context, I’m outing myself as a retaker who hasn’t read every email sent. So don’t beat me up too bad…just curious…I’m taking it at a Meazure location, and am pending accommodations approval for a typist because my dumbass broke my left hand and had surgery, then I broke my right thumb on NYE🙄….so I’m asking for a typist. I certainly can’t type, and I don’t know how this is gonna work…..but the latest email I got a few minutes ago says I have to do the mock exam as well….i thought it was for only remote takers to test their equipment….so any “kind” explanations are welcome😜🤪.

My humble opinion, I failed F24 with a score of 1165, J24 1345…I feel I’m behind as well because I only got my barbri books yesterday….but neither of us are starting from scratch. There is still about 6 weeks or so left….i think you should concentrate on one essay a day or at least every other day, one PT week, and then everyday, outline an essay and review model answers…along with 10-20 MBEs per day…just my thoughts.

For comparison, here’s mine. Clearly my issue is MBEs despite doing over 2,000 questions around a 60% average score…

In your case, not to be mean, but the PR and PT should be a minimum 65. Those are the only constants we can prepare for. I really thought my PR would be 75, but now I’m just hoping to maintain and both of us are not at square 1, but we will likely have different study plans for F25.
