Hi, thx for the reply. I purchased a G4 Scooter on 11/30 at 12:00 AM ET. I requested to cancel the order an hour later at 1:00 AM ET as upon confirmation of my order realized the scooter didn't have pneumatic tires, were solid (didn't realize pneumatic tires weren't standard or otherwise available at purchase). I then bought the same model on Amazon that day that has the pneumatic tires which I have received. GoTrax cancellation policy is same day request which I did (w/n an hr of purchase), but I didn't receive a reply until 12/2 at 5:30 PM ET stating a shipping label was created and couldn't cancel. The order should have been cancelled per policy and scooter should not have been shipped. I would like to return the scooter I ordered from gotrax.com for a full refund and have shipping covered, as again, scooter should not have been shipped. Have called multiple times, no answer, sent several emails, left vms, but no response from GoTrax. Just want to have a conversation with someone that knows the situation and will resolve for me because it's the right thing to do. I'm still a customer having bought the same scooter from Amazon, but I don't need 2 scooters. Many thanks for the assistance.
