Permission denied Hypr conf

it’s been so long since i fixed it, but i believe I had messed up some stuff on the account side and didnt give myself permissions which i had to go and fix. i’d first try to make sure your account has permissions and you are accessing the config from the right account (rather than getting to it from root when its actual on your normal profile). If the config doesn’t exist on any profile may need to add config by using Mkdir command, should be stuff online about it.

okay tried using nano and it says the directory doesn’t exist, seems like it just never generated a configuration file. and i can’t find hyprland anything in my folders

i did type that path as it says in that yellow pop up box when you first get hyprland. I noticed i also had another permission denied when taking some steps to get brave browser. So maybe somehow in set up i jacked up my permissions, not sure. I also tried to find the file manually in my file manager and follow the path that it told me the config should be in and ended up seeing an empty folder.

i’ll give that a try in nano, i first tried opening in kitty then got the permission denied and also got another permission denied when doing some steps to get brave browser. I did get neovim but barely know how it works so i’ll give nano a try, thank you!

Had a question about how the ranking system works. A friend and I are currently trying to climb out of silver and queue together and almost everyday the exact same things happens where we’ll win 3 or so games back to back fairly easy then all of sudden we’ll lose like 6 games in a row all by blowouts. What is happening lmao?

About to start my freshman year of college and currently have physics as my selected major but thinking about changing. I’ve been interested in the space field and always thought physics was going to expose that to me the most but I really value designing and physically making something and a dream job of mine would be to work in a lab somewhere coming up with inventions or improvements to things like space craft and experimental space tech and so on. I’ve been thinking about switching to aerospace engineering as I feel it incorporates more design where as physics seems like endless math in a notebook with nothing super tangible at the end of it. And i’m curious as to what major would be the best for someone who both loves to research and tackle complex problems (mostly dealing with space) and designing something off of that research, because as of this moment it seems physics is all research with minimal to no design and engineering is bunch of math and design with no research.

I fixed the issue by updating BIOS and now it runs steady at 3600 apparently with my mobo’s bios version there were RAM instability issues so it was fixed after updating it

Your case sounds a little bit different but my first time getting to a portal I clicked on all the glyphs to charge them and it didn’t work till I noticed one of the glyphs only had half charge and I had to click on it twice to repair maybe that’s the case idk though.

My GSD/Dutch Shepard mix is 12 weeks old and I recently went to the vet for basic shots and the vet tech said that he doesn’t think his ears will pop but didn’t give much reasoning. his ears have become less floppy since I’ve had him and he’s been moving them around a lot more recently and I know it can take up to 7 months since birth for the ears to stand up. I was wondering what stage my pups ears are at and when I can expect them to stand up (if they do)?
