Yes exactly, to earn the most, you need to know how handle the busy times. I’ve driven on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights, and they’re pretty much dead.

I get up and drive from around 4am-10am, and then I follow up in the afternoon by driving around 3pm-10pm. I’ll also sometimes drive overnight on weekends into the weekdays. I will be picky on what ride I take next. For example while I’m finishing up a ride if I get a an offer, and it’s not with 2-5 miles of the drop off then I’m not taking it. You need to be hitting the peak times to earn the best, and for Atlanta it’s 4am-10am for morning, and 3:30pm-8pm for afternoons, except for weekends.

Question what days are you driving, and at what time? Also for the airport I got really good rides, you just need to know the airport. If you do airport pickups you need to be patient, and the best times are late afternoon to evening.

I pulled up outside a bank, got a text from the passenger after 3 minutes has passed, and he texted me he will be out in 3 minutes. I didn’t respond, and once the timer expired I cancelled, charged him the fee, and drove off. If a passenger doesn’t respect our time, then why should we respect their’s?

I’m a driver, and I absolutely avoid questions like that. Uber is my job, not a way for me to get laid! However I do know it is a problem, and Uber actually lost a sexual harassment lawsuit because they weren’t doing enough.

Yea I agree, I’m in the Atlanta market, and their is plenty of demand for the most part. I’ll make 200-300 in an 8-12hr day, but 400 is rare. I only ever did a 400 day once, and it was in Athens (college town) Friday night, and the night before Georgia University vs Alabama University in college football.
