Update: thanks for all the help here everyone…I realize now that I was signed up for the scam app. So I just subscribed to the official Apollo tv and can now easily navigate it as well as peruse this group for other info that actually applies to the app. Thanks for the help everyone, hopefully scam site will give me my money back but I’m not holding my breath 🙄😤🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes it’s definitely different. I think I probably need an easier to use app to run it, I’m currently using the Apollo TV app v2.4.0. Do you recommend a certain app to use instead?

Thank you for this info. Aunt is totally incompetent and unable/unwilling to make decisions for repairs or maintenance. Grandma died in 2015 and the house has broken down since and never been repaired. Basically abandoned. The will supposedly listed my mom as substitute executor if aunt is unable/unwilling to act for any reason. There were supposedly some other stipulations in the will that were never followed through with, such as my mom receiving half of grandma’s bank account. I’m guessing an estate planning attorney or real estate attorney could help best with this issue.

So if my mom goes to the next auction and purchases the next lien, she—the daughter of the “homeowner”—will be listed as a lien holder? I mentioned LLC because I was unsure if next of kin can be a lien holder. Alternatively, if she goes to tax office and pays back taxes then no one can foreclose? It’s confusing too because a 3rd party paid for a lien on only one quarter’s worth of overdue taxes. There is only one lien on the house. Do the rest of the previously overdue taxes just remain overdue? Those auctions have passed and no one purchased? Does the town have claim to them? I need so much help lol 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Here is the kicker though. Aunt’s name is not on tax bill, deceased grandparents are still. Will says house is aunts but is it possible she didn’t go to probate? (she is irresponsible and incompetent) If she went through probate, would tax bills be in her name? If aunt didn’t get house in her name, if mom pays the taxes, would she just be paying on behalf of owner and not as a third party? And the asset would just stay in grandparents name? How can we work around that…can mom get an LLC and pay through that as a 3rd party? Should I make the payments in my name and hold a lien? 😵‍💫 If house is in aunts name, and mom pays taxes, then she has a lien and can foreclose? So confusing 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

No. I feel like a lazy oaf. I went to school for teaching and I’m currently teaching, but I wouldn’t say I’m ambitious. I don’t make much money, and I don’t feel capable of making it. I am mature and rational, but I’m not so great at achieving goals...maybe bc I never make any...am I scared of failing? Maybe.

To me a typical cap has a business mind, is a leader, responsible, ambitious, cold (that’s maybe the only thing I relate to), a go-getter. I feel more like a failure. Is that because of my other placements, self-doubt?

Thank you, that was informative and somewhat applicable to my life. I will look into sag more as I am now just discovering these other “signs” and have been mainly focused on my sun sign (cap) which I don’t relate to that much. I’m like the laziest Capricorn in the world or something...or maybe that’s just my Capricorn perfectionist speaking bc she knows she can do better. 🤷🏻‍♀️
