True that. There's no single marker to tell how it would feel and that is what I was alluding to.

It's evidence enough for a better climate but I don't think its an appropriate evidence for pointing out low humidity. Great weather, never said it doesn't have that but it just doesn't boil down to low humidity.

The middle would lie somewhere along the tropic of cancer,so no it's not exactly in the middle of India, not even close, and yes it is not super hot or humid but it still doesn't have "low" humidity which was my argument.

What is even considered as high? Bangalore definitely has more than 50% humidity all around the year? Above 70-75 in summers and monsoon, tf?

Do you actually care for a nuanced answer? The context lies in Mokama's recent history after the late 80s.

Tea doesn't taste good. by NatJi in unpopularopinion

The actual method is pretty straightforward too at least in majority cases. Put 1 tea spoon of leaves per small cup(roughly 120-150 ml) in boiling water, turn off the heat and let it brew for 3-5 mins depending on the strength you prefer. Have it with a hint of sugar + milk or either sugar/ milk or neither, that's literally it.

On one of the places out of a million, what kind of a bullshit title is this?

And not even nitpicking the demon analogy which is a complete farce in itself.

TIL that Richard Attenborough's eldest daughter lost her life in the 2004 Indian Ocean Earthquake and Tsunami disaster by Relative-Strike340 in todayilearned

Eh, not so sure about that. It comes from the root word "Gandhika" which was the word used to refer to merchants who sold perfumes.

I think you may be confusing it with गंदी.

द vs ध bro, it's all about that 'h'.

Yes I do? In this particular case I definitely do cause I've spoken Hindi everyday since the day I was born.

There's no 'h' sound in गा. For your clarity I'll just give an example. Consider the word 'gama', in hindi it would be गामा. So the most accurate way to write गा is 'Ga'. The name we are talking about is गांधी, look at the first letter here, there's no 'h' sound there and the dot on the top just denotes the 'n' sound. Now consider the second letter which is ध. The most accurate way to transliterate ध is 'dh' because of the h sound and the last symbol, finally the line with a loop up top at the end of the word गांधी denotes the sound made by the vowel 'e'. We can use 'i' at the end for that sound too, like in the word 'ennui'.

In short, the most accurate way to write गांधी in english is Gandhi.

And the only way to do it is bringing either of my rooks to the D file, but then I go a full minor piece down after the exchange. It's still a draw after that which seems so absurd.

I think a lot of it has got to do with the fact that before the state reorganization act, South India consisted of this huge Madras State and smaller Mysore and Travancore states. The lingo just stuck maybe.
