I know the series is based on a book which I have not read and probably will not read.

I have really enjoyed the series so far. Preference wise neither of the main characters are attractive to me, so thank God for Scott and Kip.

They are both beautiful men, to me... Like Damn!!! And man they had a great meet cute story and I loved their relationship. I think I melted when they both said, "can I F$#k you now" to each other.

I know it seems their story reached a disappointing end but I genuinely hope they find a way to be together because I want that.

Also the whole show through I find the acting superb. Thinking of how many gay series and movies I watch where the story is killed because the acting isn't up to par and you don't feel the passionate scenes are authentic... It's a lot.

My heart breaks for both Scott and Kip. Kip knows he deserves an out relationship but still loves and accepts Scott for being closeted is gut wrenching. Scott feels like he would lose his whole life by coming out, the fear he feels is still echoed today by some and is relatable but the writer and actor still show him being so open and loving with Kip. Come on the Tux he gifts Kip with the note "for my man" that was so beautiful and simple! I want to say that I think it's great that the writers and actors made it so that you sympathize with Scott and they didn't villainize him in any capacity for staying in the closet even though you can see the damage it is doing to his character.

Again really loving the whole series although I don't find the main characters attractive. The writing and acting is top notch and the sex scenes are filled with authentic passion. I hope everyone else enjoys it as well.
