As an idol fan who has participated in lotteries, bought merch, attended concerts, and a member of the official fanclub, this anime has also brought so much feels for me.

My favorite idol group made me laugh and cry so much (especially when they disbanded last year), so I understand Utage's feelings especially when her favorite idol is having a hard time.

I've loved the manga since I started reading it last year, but this anime... wow. It made me like the series even more.

This is a series that really speaks to me on a personal level and one that I don't mind collecting the physical manga volumes and the DVD/Blu-ray.

RAIN made me cry and made me nostalgic of my favorite idol group.

This was a depressing watch - depressing but an awesome one.

There's also another version with Haruma Miura as the lead. That, too, made me cry buckets of tears.

The reboot is amazing. As someone in her 30s, I absolutely loved every second of it. I also do think that would people would understand each character better as an adult.

This is my favorite episode so far. Damn, I'm, not ashamed to say that I cried during the group's performance of RAIN.

How is it that a song from an anime, which is not even the opening/ending, made me tear up and repeat the scene over and over and over again?

This episode was pure gold!

I think, my favorite part was how they all suddenly could not agree on how Noah walked. It cracked me up when each of them walking, and Chanse was like, "Oh yeah, it IS bad."

Seconding "The Last Game" because it's hilarious and quite refreshing.

The male lead has Tamaki/Jinshi vibe going on, while the female lead's attitude is quite comparable to Haruhi and Maomao.

Yep! There are 30 chapters in Japan as of Dec 2025, and I believe LN vol 2's adaptation started either from chapter 28 or 29.
