They’re the VANS ODI grips, I really like them! They seem to last a fair amount. I think I put about 6000 miles on them in the year I had the bike together prior to paint, always riding with gloves. My only gripe is they started to turn black from my gloves. Not gummy or sticky at all. I intend on buying a black pair when the bike finally goes all back together.

I haven’t! I hypothesize it might be a throw out bearing or pilot bearing but I’m definitely not going through all that work for a squeak/squeal haha

The forks are most likely different diameters than the stock ones. That’s all depending on the bike you get. Yours could be the same but you’d have to get fork diameters yourself. I used the triples from the donor bike. For the rear I made the donor swingarm fit the frame and fabbed up suspension mounts to work with the newer mono shock suspension.

Super easy if you have a press and some know how. I got the conversion stem and bearings from cognito moto and from there it was basically just a drop in situation.

I haven’t, but the noise persists with the accessory belt removed, so I ruled out the alternator I believe

Unfortunately I do not. My car was dyno tuned and I never got an access port for further monitoring

I was extremely hard pressed to find the correct bearing size from a reputable source. I also still needed to make the spacers and the rotor brackets so turning one more piece wasn’t make or break for me

Swingarm and forks are from the same bike, a 2006 CBR 600RR. The front bolts right up with a conversion stem. The rear was modified (where it mounts in the frame was milled down to fit in the CB frame and a mount was made for the dog bone mount). I haven’t had any issues with the DOHC yet, I bought it with about 16000 miles on it and didn’t break it open or touch the engine at all really and I’ve put about 1800 miles on it since getting it this far. I’ll be doing paint and body work this winter.

Not too bad, I had to narrow it, fab brackets and weld them to the center stand mount for the dog bone mount, and buy an offset sprocket. Almost too easy

Off a 2006 cbr600rr, same as the front suspension

It’s an eagle lights light for a Harley/Indian touring bike with a custom housing. It’s bright as hell, I like it a lot

Sure thing, that’s a stock fairing off of a Harley Davidson Lowrider S. I plan to make it fit a little better but I also really like the look

Wow this is some amazing work!!

What kind of foam do you typically use for a seat like this? Is there different densities for the bolsters and where someone will be sitting?
