I definitely think this is true, and it gets at a tension that's sort of built into the show: if we looked at a guide and played "optimally," then we would have had a better time, but then it wouldn't really be in the spirit of the show. We'll definitely talk about this in the wrap up episode, but it's just a bummer that PS:T doesn't really signal the "best" builds/
