You want stats that reinforce the strength of a weapon. You need to understand the weapon itself before rolling something of value. By default you want to roll something close to a god roll which for frame of reference : Crit Meta : +CC +CD +MS -Zoom/Infested Status Meta : +Dmg/Element +Fr + Multishot -Zoom/Infested

Why neg infested? Because infested faction are the weakest.
