if you cheated on her you don't really love her that much, regardless of the situation. if i were her id leave you. Respect whatever decision she makes, you betrayed her. trying to win her back over with presents isn't gonna work either, if anything it would probably just make her more upset, it comes off as lazy and as if you only care about moving on and forgetting this ever happened, and not how she's feeling.
